Freehold

In 1930 the freehold was owned by The Ecclesiastical Commissioners for England.

On 5 May 2011 the freehold title was recorded as owned by The Church Commissioners for England

On 7 December 2020 the freehold title was purchased by Fullbase Limited from the Church Commissioners for England .

Head lease

A Head lease was granted by the Freeholder for the whole building from 25 March 1930 for 999 years to 24 March 2929, at an annual ground rent of £10 a year payable quarterly in advance.

As at 25 December 1971 the Head leasehold title was held by Lilian Bartman.

At 4 August 1998 the ground rent payable by the head leaseholder to the freeholder was recorded as being a peppercorn (£0.00).

By 27 January 2000 the head lease was held by Fullbase Limited when it entered into a surrender and re-grant of the sub-leases.

Sub-leases

On 25 December 1971 sub-leases were issued to the five apartments by the Head leaseholder. These were for 99 years with ground rent of £60.00 a year each, payable half-yearly in advance

On 27 January 2000 the five sub-leases were surrendered and re-granted for 930 years from 4 August 1998 to 3 August 2928, at a peppercorn (£0.00) ground rent.
